Small Bites with Glenn Gross and Derek Timm of” is Philadelphia’s most popular* weekly hospitality based program. Small Bites is an innovative, captivating, and funny program airing live Sundays from 6:35 PM to 7:35 PM EST featuring Glenn Gross the CEO of Fat Jacks BBQ and star of television show BBQ Pitmasters, along with host Derek Timm who is a freelance writer, actor, producer, food judge, food critic, restaurant consultant, and comedian. 

Derek has been in numerous movies, television series, web programs, performed stand-up comedy numerous times live on stage, and was a full-time contributing writer for Ed Hitzel Enterprises, Communications, Media and Marketing as well as a weekly on-air talent for award winning radio broadcast “Table for One” syndicated on 610AM Philadelphia, 1400AM Atlantic City, and 1240AM Millville.
