We have current season of Hell’s Kitchen on FOX contestant Chef Aziza Young, then we have Chef James Laird the owner of Restaurant Serenade and recent contestant on Bobby Flay’s show on the Food Network Beat Bobby Flay, also we have in studio Jesse Morgans the Mid-Atlantic region President of Prepared Food for Whole Foods Market and he will talk about the recent opening of Whole Foods Market – Wynnewood and Whole Foods Market Philly that is getting a new store, joining him in studio will be Chef Arjun Thakar and Vaishal Soni the owner of Masala Kitchen : Kati Rolls & Platters who were just featured on FOX 29 Good Day Philadelphia with Karen Hepp, Scott Williams, Bill Anderson,and they will bring in food and their sauces that they are selling, and last but certainly not least to finish out our United Nations lineup of guests this week is comedian Jimmie Lee AKA “The Jersey Outlaw”. WOW, Oh, not enough? Then don’t forget we will have our segments as usual from Chef Barbie Marshall who was named Pennsylvania’s most influential chef by Cooking Light and a Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen finalist as well, food news update from Courier-Post nightlife correspondent and The New York Times recognized John Howard-Fusco, and joke of the week from legendary joke teller Jackie “The Joke Man” Martling of The Howard Stern Show fame. Levoy Theatre – Millville, NJ

What goes better than celebrating the hard work you have done on Labor Day? Laughs, laughs, laughs, a few chuckles, and more laughs!

Well you are in luck. The Levoy Theatre in Millville, NJ which is over 100 years old and has been closed for over thirty years, has undergone renovations the past five years to bring back its beautiful 1920 style architecture back to life. Rock band Rusted Root, kicked things off to promote The Levoy Theatre at the New Jersey Motorsports Park, and the first performance to be held at the actual theatre for the re-opening will be ‘Chaplin & Keating Featuring the Peacherine Ragtime Orchestra” on  Sunday, September 9th.  Other shows planned at The Levoy Theatre include, but is not limited to Harlem Gospel Choir, The Hunts, Jars Of Clay, Circo Comedia, The Irish Comedy Tour, John Oates, The Four Bitchin’ Babes, Mark NIzer,and Rocky Horror Picture Show.

The Levoy Theatre is presenting Jackie “The Joke Man” Martling on Saturday, November 3rd with yours truly Bluejeanfoodcritic opening the show for 5-7 minutes and hosting throughout the night. Just Peachy Salsa

Just wanted to let everyone know of a great event and product now available for purchase at the Collingswood Farmer’s Market every Saturday. The Food Bank of South Jersey had a party to show off their Just Peachy Salsa made by Campbell’s Soup, that is an out of this world tasting salsa out of peaches that supermarkets refuse to sell and would otherwise have just been thrown in the garbage or dumped in landfills allowing no food to go to waste and for the Food Bank of South Jersey to receive precious funds out of this project to feed the hungry. They also held a competition to see who could make the best dish out of peaches with over ten restaurants competing. The entire event was a success with Aunt Berta’s Kitchen out of Oaklyn, NJ winning the competition having made three unbelievably tasty peach dessert dishes.

Pictured below is proof of me voting for Aunt Berta’s, showing that I always have the winning taste buds when it comes to me saying who has the best food, while wearing my “I Stumped Jackie The Joke Man” T-shirt also proving I have some the best jokes as well since I stumped The Joke Man, and jars of Just Peachy Salsa that you must buy ASAP!!!!!!
