First we are thrilled to talk to Absolutely Quad A.K.A Quad Webb-Lunceford of #ChefQuad and #CookingWithQuad. She is a cookbook author, Lifestyle Expert, Chef, Motivational Speaker, Actress, Entrepreneur, and star of Bravo’s hit docu-series, Married to Medicine and she has has partnered with Williams Sonoma Quad to inspire women nationwide to cook easy meals showcasing a few of her fabulous and easy recipes from her upcoming cookbook, “Romance on The Table”! We can’t wait.

Then we have JD Roth the host of Z Living hit series “The Big Fat Truth”. Whether it’s nurses, teachers, or mothers – there are certain heroes in our lives who put themselves last, especially when it comes to their health. JD Roth shows them how to change their lives and gain the ultimate reward of a healthier lifestyle. JD is also the former executive producer of The Biggest Loser and Extreme Weight Loss so he knows how to make healthy entertaining.

Joining us in studio will be Jon Garrett a representative for the new Wild Wing Cafe. The new space, approximately 7,000 sq. ft., employs around 125 people and features more than 40 projection and flat-screen TVs, a 34-seat bar, an enclosed patio, as well as eight garage doors to provide an open-air feel in the bar area. The extensive menu offers Wild Wing Cafe’s traditional offerings as well as fan favorites, including fresh, hormone-free chicken wings, hand-breaded nuggets, 100% Angus burgers and awesome salads, as well as their 33 made-from-scratch sauces to suit all palates. To enhance the dining experience, live music will be played on Friday and Saturday nights welcoming various rock genres, and the bar will boast more than 30 taps including many local brews from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New York. WOW!

I’m thirsty just from reading all of this. Well lucky us, we welcome co-founder and CEO of CideRoad Organic Switchel famous for their refreshing natural beverage Spritzel. Since its inception in 2014, New Jersey-based CideRoad has become a leading producer of switchel, an organic functional wellness beverage made of apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and ginger. Co-founder Kevin Duffy wanted to create a low calorie, carbonated option for those looking for something a little lighter, which sparked the idea for Spritzel.

So also joining the party will be Rob Lucas, the owner of Donkey’s Place – Camden and was bestowed by Anthony Bourdain on his Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown show by saying Donkey’s Cheese Steaks having the best cheesesteak in AMERICA!! That’s right Bourdain didn’t give it to Philly. I don’t make the news, I just report it. Well Rob will not only talk about their delicious cheesesteaks, but also about an event that is important to him. Donkeys Place Snakehead Fishing Tournament will take place on Saturday July 1, 2017. Check in starts at 7:00am at Donkeys Place located at 1223 Haddon Ave in Camden, NJ. Donkeys place will be open from 7am-7pm for this event. It is free to enter however; a non perishable food item is requested. After your day of fishing, please return to Donkeys Place by 4:00pm with your catch. There will be prizes for the biggest fish, most fish by weight, biggest fish cought by a girl, and biggest fish caught by a child under 14 years old. The Helping Other People Eat organization will donate all fish caught and your non parishable food donation to help support families in our community.

Then we’ll talk about more thing great in New Jersey. Yes Jersey Foodies, I said great things are in New Jersey and we have author John Holl to talk about his book “Dishing Up New Jersey”. With John as your guide, you can cook up 150 delectable dishes from New Jersey like Sautéed Ricotta Gnocchi and Funnel Cake at home, and experience the state through in-depth profiles of the proud people behind the best local family farms, food trucks, famous bakeries, and much more.

We will also have a special message from Chef Christina Martin of Cooking To Nourish who we are happy to announce is joining the Small Bites crew to give Vegan Food updates periodically for us and she has launched a Kickstarter campaign for a Vegan Food Cart.
