He competed in the Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival], Food Network Rooftop Chopped Live Event alongside celebrity Chef Jonathan Scinto and Chef Hiram also recently competed in the World Food Championships in Orange Beach, Alabama in the seafood and burger categories and placed in the Top 20 in the WORLD.
