Had a fantastic Creole inspired meal at The Mansion House in Gloucester City, NJ from Chef Jeff Gilham formerly of Creole Cafe. Delicious crawfish bisque, Creole pieroge, beer battered onion rings, and seafood jambalaya. Yummy! They will be a guest on Small Bites Radio Show on January 8th.
