It is always nice to get a good surprise when I grab something to eat. Well Pho Viet was one of those surprises. Unless I’ve just missed seeing and hearing the news about it, this place has been under my radar. I can say that isn’t the case anymore. My meal was great and I really enjoyed the food, price points, and service. Everything was fantastic. I had their Canh Ga Chien Nuroc Mam (King Wings) which was really wonderful and Bun Bo Hue Dac Biet (Hue Special Soup) that was equally impressive and full blown flavorful with explosions of taste-bud joy with every slurp. If in the area you really need to give them a try.
