I have a feeling this is the future of dining. Founded in 2020, The Hub aims to unify modern takes on traditional Asian cuisine with a community-centric food hall. You order at one location, and even though their are about 10 vendors to choose from you can order something from every one of the vendors at a centrally located kiosk and have it all prepared and ready at the same time from a single window. It’s like a walk-in ghost kitchen. The place was booming with people dining in and they were doing an amazing food delivery business of big orders being picked up by 3rd party companies to go. I got a little mix of everything at the hall. The prices were very affordable and portion sizes were huge. Great concept here and know it is going to spread to other areas as proven with the South Jersey opening of FoodieHall in Cherry Hill.

Last, but certainly not least will be Cole Glass, founder and creator of Hero Bread. In partnership with seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady and Subway and a robust following of high-profile investors across sports, entertainment and technology (Kevin Durant and Rich Kleiman’s 35 Ventures, Diamond-selling artist The Weeknd, and multi-platinum artist Lil Baby to name a few) and is a particularly appealing choice for bread lovers who are interested in low net carb and keto lifestyles. Hero is a delicious low net carb, zero sugar bread packed with protein and fiber that looks, smells, and tastes just like traditional bread but has a significantly improved nutritional profile.
