For the continuing Chefs in Residency Program, through a special donation program in partnership with the Garces Foundation, each Chef in Residency will have the opportunity to raise money to support their work with their current restaurant, or to use for the start of their next culinary journey. Funding will help support Hanks Sandwich Co. set to open in 2022 – a long-time new project by Chef Dane DeMarco.

Being a part of the Whole30 community, Teri loves helping people cook nourishing meals and have fun doing it so she has released an wonderful cookbook “No Crumbs Left: Whole30 Endorsed, Recipes for Everyday Food Made Marvelous” from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. As millions of people know, one of the toughest things about completing the Whole30 is figuring out what to eat next, the other 335 days of the year. Food is Teri’s love language, and her approach to getting people into the kitchen, rolling up their sleeves, and cooking is contagious. Teri’s recipes, most of which are gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, and Whole30 compliant, are what makes No Crumbs Left so unique. Simple and incredibly delicious dishes such as Pistachio Pesto Chicken Breast, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Spicy Pepperoncini Beef are on the dinner table quickly. Sounds great!

Chef Christine has worked for renowned Iron Chef Jose Garces and served as Culinary Advisor to the Chickie’s & Pete’s restaurant group, as well as spent time at the The Farm and Fisherman Tavern – Cherry Hill, NJ. In addition, Chef Christine was at Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival is a brand ambassador for Flint & Flame USA, has been featured on Silvio Lelli’s RVN TV an AppleTV program “Cooked and Uncorked”, and she is the Cause Champion for the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, helping to feed over 120,000 families in the Philadelphia area through the United 2 Feed Campaign. We can’t wait!

Memorial Day Weekend is right around the corner, so that means for many of us the Jersey Shore is on our minds again. Well we have Andrew Thulin the General Manager of Daddy O Hotel Restaurant and Hotel. Daddy O opened in April for the season and is a boutique hotel and restaurant with an incredible rooftop bar. Andrew wants everyone to know about the many new menu items and activities planned for the summer of 2019 in Long Beach Island.

Last, but certainly not least we couldn’t be more pleased to welcome back in studio one of our favorite pit-masters Tom Bera of the wildly popular and award-winning competition barbeque team Philly Blind Pig BBQ. We can only hope he will spoil us with some of his amazing smoked delights.
