Oyster Cracker Café at Bayshore Center at Bivalve – Port Norris, NJ

SmallBitesRadio has been named #14 out of Top 30 Best Hospitality Shows on the planet for 2020. We are thrilled about the news.

The Bayshore Center at Bivalve is a non-profit organization whose mission is to advance the understanding of the human impact on New Jersey’s aquatic environment through education, advocacy, and programming. BCB envisions a New Jersey with clean, safe and healthy water for recreation, consumption and commercial fishing and operates the authentically restored 1928 oyster schooner A.J. MEERWALD, New Jersey’s official Tall Ship, as a hands-on sailing classroom throughout the region. It also operates the Delaware Bay Museum and offers shore-based programs at its campus and schooner’s home port of Bivalve on the scenic Maurice River in Cumberland County.

The best part of all is that restaurant Oyster Cracker Café is onsite to enjoy all the things mentioned above and enjoy a nice waterfront meal. I had the oyster chowder, fried oysters, homemade chips, corn and black bean salsa, and peach pie made with local peaches. Everything was delicious and recommend a visit. Just be aware that the are only open until the end of September as it is seasonal.
